A really depressing work environment, there are always employees crying because they feel depressed and they are in a trap. They mentally abuse you as they know you left your and family to go, work there and since you don’t win enough to pay for your flight ticket back home, they know you can’t quit and they take advantage of that.
They will constantly treat you if you don’t accept what they say, do not trust in their word or what they are offering you, put everything on paper and signed by them.
If you are joining, not matter what position you are in, even if is coordinator, team leader o developer, be ready to be constantly compare with construction workers, waiters and taxi drivers because if they are winning even 100 dirhams less than you, then they will constantly tell you, you should be thankful that they even hired you and are paying you that much.
You should be ready and expect your salary to be delayed for 1,2, 3 or 6 months and not have an stipulated date when they will pay you as they don’t care about your needs or life and if you complaint then they will threaten you to fire you.
Be ready to have people with 0 experience or knowledge to be in management positions only because they are the owner’s friend, family or wife’s friend.
Advice: read the country labor law, they will constantly say they can do whatever they want because they are located in freezone, which is a lie, they take advantage that people don’t know the country’s law
