I Cleared First round Coding Online Test . An interviewer called me for second round and had a Technical Discussion . Finally he Told me “we will call you Soon in a Positive Manner ” But It took one month or more to Find out That is Not true . I waited for them by Passing another offer of 7.5 L per Since i got confidence @ block-Gemini-Offer . But afeter couple of days of Follow up this Fellas reverted me mail today Like .”Unfortunately you did not meet our expectations”. Then why you guys took 30 days to revert me mail . That was so Indolent and irresponsible .
SUGGESTION:- when you are not interested to recruit the person after second round . Let the Person know the result . Minimum common sense from a Company Not to waste the time of others .Don’t Give hope when there is none . WORST EXPERIENCE . Beware …. these guys waste time of yours
