regarding order refund
sir this is to inform you that i orders a lehnga choli on dated 30/12/2016. i called them many time but they are giving fake promises and didnt deliver my order upto now. my Payment ID: 131461812 and Merchant Order ID: 100047287 is this. then on email i request to them to refund my total amount if they can’t deliver the order but they refuse to refund by saying that it is shipped by indian post CG513164253IN. but nothing came while tracking. then again i call them and they says that ok we will refund the amount but still i didnt get my refund back and now they didnt pick my call and there number came out to be sweetched off or busy. seriously a fake site it is. they are making fool of there customers i personaly suggest everyone to not buy anything from there site and should have taken a strong action against them. plz concern the issue.
