I had hired a maid, Archana Tirke, through Nanojob Consultants (bookmy.com). She has been absconding since 6th September and has not reported back to duty. Not only did she leave without any intimation, but she has also refused to answer our calls thereafter.
As per our contract, your agency was responsible for providing three replacements in such cases. However, despite my repeated follow-ups with your coordinators, Ms. Nasreen and Ms. Zoya, there has been no cooperation, no replacement provided, and no accountability from your end. It’s been 10 days , I am given false assurance.
This entire experience reflects a serious lack of commitment and professionalism from your agency. I am tired of chasing coordinators and receiving no resolution. At this point, I have lost complete trust in your services.
Therefore, I demand an immediate refund of my payment, as your agency has failed to honor the contract and deliver even the basic level of service promised.
Please treat this matter with utmost seriousness and confirm the refund process at the earliest, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this issue further through formal complaints and consumer forums.
