Bookmybai takes the crown in mistreating their clients in numerous ways. They take 1000 rupees upfront and send maids for 2 days and then demand salary of theirs. While the customer suffers, and makes numerous calls to bookmybai, they fail to take calls and when they do, they only postpone their duty to send a maid at the right time. While it seems, that any business should be sorry about the plight that they lend their customers do, these guys, take pride in it and talk of throwing the 1000 rupees given before on their customers faces.
When asked to escalate the call to their owners, the employees cut the call and blatantly ask their customers to come to their office for a face-off.
I would never ever recommend such a service to my fiercest foe, and would demand that these guys pay not just the 1000 rupees but also for the time and effort that they waste of their customers’.

    Its unfortunate that you had to go through this experience. We refunded Rs. 1000 that you had deposited because we could not service the requirement. Why would be want to throw the money on your face ? This is business for us and we are in to to make money. But we are not a scam or not here to steal your money. If we could not service the requirement, your money was rightfully returned. Let me know if we can be of any more help
