I booked a movie on book my show. After booking I came to know that I have booked a wrong movie. I called the customer care immediately within 5 minutes but I was shocked to know that they do not have option of cancelling or changing the movie. Also there was no warning or caution about no cancellation. There should be some time limit where customer should be allowed to make changes. Service provider may deduct some changes for the same.
