2 tickets for tiger zinda hai was booked by me using my mail account ([email protected]) and mob. no. 8769644459 on dated 22/12/2017 around 6.00pm and get message of debited amount of Rs. 597.52 on 6.02 from bank but transaction was unsuccessful while booking tickets and i did not get the confirmation page nor the booking SMS.
Now after so many days & after many mails the company is saying that my amount has not been charged by them. I have enough proofs r egarding transaction.
Now only you can help me to get Justice & to punish them.
