i have ordered a mobile phone online last month 4th Nov. and on the delivery day itself found the mobile was not in working condition. i immediately called up customer care and told about the problem. they offered me with a solution to go to the service station but to my utter disappointment it was 150 kms away from where i stay. with lots of effort by mailing and calling over the phone i could able to convince the INDIA TIMES SHOPPING people to take back my mobile for replacement. again 1 week passed and after several phone calls and mails they finally picked the mobile from my end. after this 2 weeks passed and nothing has been done from the companies end. again several calls and mails where exchanged without any further result. i now totally fed up of the fact and lost all faith over this company. i am putting over the issue towards the consumer court and furnishing details of my product, pls help me to get over this agony. i paid the full amount and the company is enjoying its commission by supplying me a defective mobile and now they are not even bothered to return my money or replace with a new one.
