I had ordered a product with times shop online website on 1st August 2015 with the order Id 3005376096 , Product Details: Nokia 130 Dual SIM (Black) but some how my phone getting problem in switching it on. After when I spoke to customer care they arrange a courier to sent my product to them. My Duct had reached them And according to them they saying that order yet not cancelled by their vendor, if it is not cancelled by their vendor then is it my fault in that it’s more than 24 days now that I haven’t got any update from their side and there customer care people are fool they don’t know anything every time when i called thwm they will narrate me a new story these guys are really making fool. Kindly request the concerned authority to look into it n resolve it.
