Completely fraudulent company; they took our 100,000 rupees and used it to make fools of us while still giving us no membership or services after a month. I was informed by the Branddon Hospitality & Holiday team that I had been chosen to receive five gifts for lucky customers. I was instructed to visit their business only with my parents to pick up the gifts after making an appointment. When my mother and father arrived, they were compelled to attend training and were given information about the business. After nearly two hours, my parents asked about the gifts before presenting them to me in the elevator and bidding me farewell. The terms and conditions on the gifts are shocking and extremely frustrating. For example, although it was promised to give movie tickets, the kitchen set was actually a bowl, and the holiday package was completely paid for.
When I called to inquire about movie tickets, they instructed me to mail them the specifics of the film, the time, and the location I intended to see it before. I mailed them two days later and called them numerous times about my booking, but they are now completely rejecting me and saying I will receive movie tickets within the next week after the performance. The fact is that no multiplex will be able to tell you which movie is going to be shown at a specific multiplex at a specific time because the schedule is likely to change in the coming days. It’s a complete scam and people are being harassed.
