Lakhs have been paid to them. Every time we attempted to reserve a vacation, they always had an explanation. When I called and argued with them, they finally agreed to plan my travel just two days prior to the date I had requested in a letter that I had sent them 30 days earlier. When we book our tickets, they advise that we can only book one way; for our return trip, we must purchase our own tickets; the company is not liable for that. After much argument, they finally made travel arrangements (I have ample evidence of their deception against us).
We were informed by the membership representative that there should be a 45-day gap between each trip.
But now that I’m preparing to travel in three months, their drama has resumed. We requested a refund from them the first time, but they rebuffed us. However, I’ll pursue legal action and sue them.
All of their services are fraudulent, and the only pressure they can apply to their clients is mental.
Nota bene. When I questioned them about why they hadn’t made arrangements for my trip after emailing them about it 30 days earlier, they responded that I should schedule my trip for the following month because we can’t make arrangements for it this month. They didn’t seem embarrassed to respond in this way. Many people have been taken advantage of by this business. Everyone should file a lawsuit against their employer and staff.
