Burnzay They show an address in the UK which they say is not a return address.

I ordered a pair of Burnzay shoes online in late October, 2022, selecting the largest size shown: 12 1/2. The shoes came a month or so later and they are too small. Inside the shoes it says they are size 12. Not 12 1/2. While I doubt that an increase of 1/2 size would make a difference, the shoes are also pretty flimsy and I would prefer to just return them. So I sent them back to the address on the package in which they arrived and they were returned as ‘undeliverable’. I’ve been in contact with someone at Burnzay and they refuse, despite MULTIPLE attempts, to give me an address to which I can return the shoes. In addition to the initial cost of the shoes, I’ve spent $40 in postage back and forth. If this doesn’t result in satisfactory results, my next step will be via my state Attorney General.
