Extremely bad service car rental company.
keep holding the deposit and not refund back even they know is not the customer issue (the issue is between Carflexi and their car supplier (Enterprise) ).
Terrible customer service, doesn’t care about the customer and just keep delaying reply and provide update.
no reply email at all even customer has been sending more than 100 emails to them.
I am so regret to use Carflexi service and no one will provide the feedback fm their company.
