Website shows lower price of car compared to other website, but cunningly portrays confusing calculation at the payment page which allows the company to charge you an extra fees for using their website, so-called service fees.
Very misleading and dishonest company. Please stay away from this website!! Called to clarify with the company but personnel sounded very non-nonchalantly and not helpful at all, perhaps trained by the company to do so.
Im writing this so that no other consumers will fall victim to this wicked company. I hope Dubai consumer right department will take action against this company.
Extremely bad service car rental company.
keep holding the deposit and not refund back even they know is not the customer issue (the issue is between Carflexi and their car supplier (Enterprise) ).
Terrible customer service, doesn’t care about the customer and just keep delaying reply and provide update.
no reply email at all even customer has been sending more than 100 emails to them.
I am so regret to use Carflexi service and no one will provide the feedback fm their company.
