I am complaining against Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd for cheating, wasting time of customer and insisting to buy their holiday plan. And their customer relationship executive invited me with family on phone and whatsup to offer free gift and snacks party. But in reality they ll just fool people. They did not offer any free gift or snacks anyway. They just waste your time with your family. Their manager and executive trying to cheating you. Really very bad attitude.Joyti,(78387O3793) Aditya Bhardwaj(999OOO65461) and Vikas had invited me for free gift, snacks in hotel hans Regency Bokaro. They are fraud people. They just trap you. Beware from these people. Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd is completely fraud company whose strategy are really humiliate you. Boycott these corrupt people and this company.
My friends parents attended a seminar by Caribbean Holiday International Pvt Ltd at Hans Regency and purchased a subscription but the terms & conditions provided after payment were completely different from what they were promised. Now they want to cancel the subscription and get a refund but they are not canceling it and asking me to wait for some time for cancellation.The worst part is, when they got back home and read the document and realised it was completely different from what they were promised, they immediately asked for the refund, not even 24 hrs had passed. The company has so far refused to give the refund, even though they have not incurred any cost on my relatives yet; and simply refuses to address the discrepancies between what was verbally promised and what is in the document.

Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd sales people are cheater and fraud. These sales people used to contact married couples and ask them to visit in particular hotel to earn special gifts and snacks. After reaching the hotel, the accused told them that they were eligible for holiday packages at reduced rates as a promotional offer from their company. They then claimed that these holiday packages were valid for 30 years and they could apply for the offers for eight days every year.”
Interested couples paid money for the packages using credit and debit cards. The accused then told the couples that the company would contact them within 48 hours.but in reality every terms and conditions is totally different .They make fool to us.
