I ordered a sofa but decided to cancel it the same day after placing the order after seeing numerous customer complaints online. Since the last three weeks, I have been waiting for a refund, but their customer service has not responded. Nearly 40–50 calls a day have been made by me, but no one has ever answered.
Their customer service is useless, and there are dishonest individuals who openly make false promises and commit fraud. This business is also present on the marketplaces at Amazon and Flipkart.
Regarding this, I’ve already filed a complaint with Amazon and Flipkart. Purchase nothing from https://casastyle.in/, the company website. It is entirely a fraud. Order deliveries cannot be tracked, and once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Your money will therefore be blocked. Avoid using this company.
