I’m writing to address a problem with an order I placed for two CasaStyle – Jonles 2 Seater Leatherette Sofa Set with Storage & Cupholder (Cream) units on November 12, 2023.
Even after getting the first order confirmation, there is still no confirmation regarding the delivery status.
I’ve tried countless times to get in touch with them by phone and email, but I’ve never been successful.
I’m worried about the status of my order and have been uninformed due to the lack of communication.
I regret to inform you that I must request the cancellation of this order due to the current situation and lack of resolution.
While this is obviously not ideal, it appears to be the only option to deal with the uncertainty that exists right now.
Since this is very important to me, I kindly ask that you look into it right away. I also want the matching amount refunded as soon as possible.
