Last year July I purchase a handset at one of your stores( Maponya Mall ) a DooGee x90 , eleven month down the line the device has no power. I took it back to the store on the 4th of June 2022 , I was told that it would be taken for repairs and I will receive feedback with in 14 working days . The 14 days passed and I called the store spoke to a lady by the name of Amanda who said she is sorry I was provided with the incorrect turn around time and the device or handset will be back in 21 working days . It is a month today and I still don’t have the handset , I called in yesterday because Amanda said she will call be back and she failed , apparently or miraculously Amanda has ‘transferred to a new store’ . Kindly assist because this a bad reputation for the BRAND. I am not willing to take matters further for a mere R1200 handset
