This is a formal complaint regarding cash crusaders disgusting behavior towards customers. Cash Crusaders physical damage the product I had returned therefore voiding the warranty. Let me give a little bit of background I bought a used laptop from cash crusaders and i notice that the laptop had no Bluetooth and WiFi so I returned it asking for a replacement I had given it to the cashier and she reviewed it and saw the problem I had told her, she told me to get a replacement, upon picking one the reseller guy went to the cashier table and and told me that there had been significant damage physically to the laptop and told me that they don’t take in damaged products, mind you I had the product for 5 days I am certain the product was broken by the reseller guy I spoke to the manager he shows no concern for the situation at all now they refuse to both give me a refund and issue me a replacement I ask that you request for a CCTV Footage of the situation it happen led on the 5th of May at around 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
