Bike transport with Century bike transportation company is the biggest mistake you would ever decide if in case you plan for any transportation. This is a bunch of false gang who will give you false commitments such as insurance coverage, home delivery and so on at very reasonable prices. In my case my bike reached Bangalore from Pune 5 days after it started from the source and was lying at Bangalore godown for the next 2 days. After constant followups these people didn’t deliver the same at my home hence I ended up visiting them and picked my bike from their Bangalore godown.

There I noticed my rear view mirror was in broken condition and when I asked them about the issue they said we are just local agents and we are here to deliver the bikes to the respective owners you must reach the one where you have booked your vehicle for delivery. When contacted Pune office and asked for the insurance, they very proactively say that these are minor issues and need to be fixed by the customer itself.

Attaching the snaps of the insurance copy with the invoice which is paid @ INR 300 extra against the transport charges and the damaged bike.

This bike transport company is a big No from me and would never recommend to anyone for bike transportation, rather suggest you to get the same done by some professionals by paying a little extra then getting trapped in such people’s false commitments of quick and reasonable deliveries.

Hope this message would help someone take a fair decision on whose service to consider for their next transportation.
