Dear Sir/Madam

I had received a call from Cherrient for a Broadband Connection. The Representative had told me that we are giving new connection in your area ( Harrington road Chetpet) and is a very fast connection, I was instantly interested in the connection and asked what are required for the connection,

She said just pay your package amount and with in 48 hrs you will get the connection. I agreed for the connection and they immediately sent their sales representative and had paid the payment along with the required doc. I had asked the representative what is the time period for you to provide the connection. He had advised that with in 48 hrs you will get the connection.

I had applied on the 8th of Aug 2016 and today is 30th Aug 2016 and no answer from them. Called up the customer care they are saying that work is going on login id is created for your connection.

But the Billing department (Devi) says that connection cannot be provided because their no feasibility in your area.

Now I am stuck with no connection and money is also paid for no service. What should i do.

Why do these people give false promise to people regarding connection.They should check for the feasibility and then approach the customers.

If anybody there please do take action against these fraudulent people. You cannot cheat the customers by taking money and not giving them service.
