I complained about the poor internet on my Pondicherry connection.
Customer service informed me that Mohammad had been assigned, and that he would call me back right away.
I kept calling customer service, including Mohan, Vijay, Stella Mary, Sam, and Tirumurugan, but no one ever called, and each time I did, I was told that Mohamad would call.
Customer service either says they do not have the escalation name or number when I ask for them or that they have gone home.
The complaint has not yet been resolved. Is Mohammed still unidentified?
Cherrinet provided terrible service. Workers are making Management look bad.
If anyone in charge notices this, they should take action right away.
In any case, I want to abandon the Cherrinet connection in favor of a better substitute.
