I ordered some clothes from Steinmart and it said the total was $79. A charge for $149 showed up on my account from ChicVGroup. I called Steinmart and they had no record of an order from me.
I want my order canceled with you, and the money refunded to my account immediately.
Your business practice leaves a lot to be desired.
My husband is furious with me, and I don’t blame him. Taking advantage of people like you do should be prosecuted as far as I am concerned.
Please refund my money, and cancel order.

I had a charge for $136.29 plus s a fee of $1.09 back on January 1, 2022. I did not order anything from them,
I called them and they stated that I will receive a credit to my account. To date I have not had a credit. Please credit my account ASAP!!!

I ordered $138.03 in clothing on Dec. 23, 2021 from Chicvgroup Rayleigh. I have never had a confirmation of my order with this company and have not received the merchandise ordered. I want to cancel the order and receive a refund of the $138.03 charged to my Mastercard. If I do not hear from them immediately, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge!
