I ordered a 4th generation rotating rack around a week ago .it was for Rs. 299 .i paid using Gpay .After the payment,they keep showing that i ll receive a message after the order is ready vut there’s no message since a week .I mailed the company , there is no response. There’s not even a contact number or customer care number to reach to The rack was in an offer.I came across this offer through instagram advertisement which means Instagram also doesn’t authenticate the company before publishing it’s advertisement and is included in the spam .I demand a Refund immediately or product delivery. The irony is they don’t even mention the estimated delivery date. In short they just ghost off after the payment is done. when we press the contact us option ,gmail opens and they ask us to send a mail on this email id [email protected]
