I ordered a saree to gift my mother on her birthday from clothystore. #CS8689. Let me tell you first that the money paid is my savings from past one year. Even I told my mother that I will gift you with this money. I got a different old and used saree. I mailed them to refund.I called them .they asked my debit card details and asking for otp message in that they try to deduct 5000 From my bank…they are telling that we will refund to only debit cards.otherwise no refund. I’m filing a complaint as to help others to don’t fall for their scam ..I want justice and want my money back. As we are not getting money as easy as they are getting just by calling us and asking otp. I want my money back as I don’t want my hardwork will be used for enjoyment of those frauds.

I had ordered plain radient pink designer saree . What i have received is orange & green with border. Contact number given is getting disconnected. Number of mail sent. But no reply.
I have purchased Two saree and one choli… By paying 3098.. but what we received is worth of 500rs and it’s like used old one.. past a week I am trying to return and get back the money. But no response..
Purely its a cheat.
