We had ordered undergarments in the offer 4 @799, two of which when dipped in plain water had a color defect. Images were clicked and sent to the concerned email id of Clovia within a day. There was no response from their side. I called them repeatedly and they kept on asking for 24-48 hours each time.
It’s been almost a week now since I have raised the concern.
The return request too has been generated but every evening I get a message from the courier company stating that I have cancelled the pick-up request, which is certainly not true.
I have been in constant contact with their representatives but they seem totally uninterested.
