I purchased the item from www.clovia .com. the order number was 729770 . i returned it back since it was not fitted. Still i am chasing the Customer care vai mail and call . But all efforts in vain. Money is not refunded back in my bank account .
Hope the concern team will take some necessary action.

I have purchased the bra (4 pieces 599) & panties (5 pieces 599) on 26th may 2016. Product which was shown online is not that which we have received. Even size is not fitting, same day I have written a mail to Clovis customer care for exchange/ return the same as this is packed as it as we have received, but they simply denied saying these items can’t be exchanged due to heigine reason. This is the worst experience with clovia. Please never buy any products from this.
I returned my product before 20 days but still they dint refund my mobey
