I ordered some items from Clovia a week ago. My order number is 1531511. I got a message on 18 August that my order has been dispatched. Late in the evening on 22 August, I get a message that the order could not be delivered because I was not at home. This is a lie. I have been here all day waiting for that damn package and in fact have been trying their number all morning to check when it’s likely to be delivered. My entire day is wasted. I didn’t receive the products. And I get lies on the SMS. Only when I saw the number of complaints here, I realized these people are frauds. I wish I had seen this earlier, I would never have ordered from them. If the other complainants on this forum are willing, we can get together and sue these cheats and teach them a lesson. Please let me know how may are willing to join me to sue these frauds.
