I ordered some items through order no.506977…after receiving d parcel it found that size is big..hence called customer care no of clovia they said courier d parcel to them they will exchange with smaller size…after that no reply by them…I called them @ 1000 times mailed so many..still…no responce from them…
After that before some days they called they are refunding my amount in clovia account so that I can place New order..but till date not a single penny added in account…
after that got mail that they have dispatched my items…no tracking no.nothing mentioned in order…
N in last got another mail saying give bank details we will refund u….after that I called many times to know current status..but no response at all… Please look in this matter…
