I tried to placed order twice but due to some technical issue it didn’t work, so Clovia send me an email with 10% discount as an apology. I placed an order with their app which says 25% off Neither 25% off work nor did 10%. Next day I waited around 1 hour before I can talk to customer care and they told me since they have shipped my order they can do any thing. I sent few email to Alka Mehra customer care manager that since it is cash on delivery I will not pay u if u can’t contact me, so she contact me & assure me to deal with this matter.
Long story short Alka Mehra and her team member decided that they will give 20% off on my second order. I asked them what about my first order discount ( can they club me 25% + 20%) ? And their response was
We really regret for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that we can not provide more discount coupon we have been send to you 20% discount coupon & you can also avail 25% discount if you will use our clovia app.We would like to inform you that Two coupons can not be clubbed together.
We hope you may understand the concern will cooperate with us.

Dear Alka,
If you can’t clubbed two coupons together then send me new coupon which justified technical problem and the amount of time I spend to resolve your side of error. I had made mistake of making payment when you delivered product otherwise you would have resolved this problem. Even a 8 years kid can understand what I am trying to explain, if your team can’t understand as I told before only option left is to share my experience with other. I had already spend money but I can warn other people by telling my experience.

It was techically glitch for their side why should a customer should waste their time & money.
My question is to Clovia how can they think customer are so stupid that when 25% off is available on their app why customer will use their 10 or 20% apologies coupon codes?
In end I told Alka that I will write a review about their bad services and I will be happy even I can save one customer but guess what they don’t care about customer.
Now let talk about quality & fitting. Material is definitely substandard & fitting is average.
Big loss to u Clovia as I order few from pretty secret and I m also saved as pretty secret quality is really good plus they are also 50 to 60% discount
