I have placed order on clovia, but it waa wrong so i asked for refund. Return was done on april 9,2017, and today its 25april,2017 still didnt recieve my money. No reply to emails intime. They say its added, anf check with bank. Bank says no such transaction. When i email them, they say it takes 10days to reflect in account. After 10days, they say to send bank statement, later they say cant open pdf. Customer care is never answred. Once they received, but that girl said welcome to clovia, unable to hear you and disconnected my cal. After that no one received the call. Please take strict action against such fraud companies. Even they charge 1rs extra in name of charity which i feel is a lie. Such fraud companies should be shut down.
