I had placed an order with Clovia on 31st Jan, 2017 against order no. 1943370. First they dispatched it(as per their records) with Ecom express against tracking no. 189937610 where, as per Ecom, they din’t mention the detailed delivery address for which the order was returned without my consent. After Continuous follow up from my side, they asked me if I wanted a refund or want them to redispatch the same. Since the refund will be credited to their wallet and I’ll have to order something again, I requested them to redispatch the same. Finally they redispatched the same with Ecom Express against tacking no. 189938202. The material as per their tracking record, reached Dibrugarh on 1st March, 2017. Its 20th March today, and i have been continuously following up with Clovia as well as Ecom Express, yet I have not received the material nor any refund. Today when I tired to track the material in Ecom Express, it says the shipment is returned again without any information to me. I have all the call records with Customer Care Executives and Also the Follow up mails for the last two month. Its really Frustrating. Kindly Look into the matter on priority.
