Hi Team – I had purchased a Membership from CLUB INDIAA on 18th August 2014 with reference to their promised service. I asked them for a detailed mail or proof of providing me the promised service. They told me that those will be shared as a BOND with all the details in it. After a day of purchase, when i try to contact them and they never attended my call or responded back. So i tried to raise a dispute in my bank against them and i did the same on 20th August 2014. Meanwhile i sent a mail to the brand admin team stating that i am going to cancel the transaction for which i never ever got a response as on 07th September 2014. Meantime, they shared me the Movie ticket and Bond copy in mail for even which i replied them back regarding my cancellation and they never responded back for this as-well.
