Due to my complaint regarding inaccurate charges and package details, I’m asking for a refund of my money on May 31 for my member ID of 3008331.
Two calls from their executive have reached me. He simply listened to all the details during the initial call before asking for a proper solution to be provided. There is no such update, though.
After 20 days, I received a call from one of their executives threatening that “we’ll do whatever it takes not to refund your money.”
You haven’t agreed to this facility’s provision by signing the Club Mahindra paper, we are further enquiring. So, you have nothing to assert.
I was utterly shocked, wondering if this was how they normally dealt with or conducted business with clients. It implies that they are dishonest and liars.
