On 18/16/2022, I submitted an application for CM membership (MAF No. 300356) and paid an advance of INR 49, 182 in support of it.
But after reading internet testimonials and hearing about my friends’ individual membership experiences, I made the decision to discontinue my membership the very next day.
To get them to agree to a refund, I had to send them multiple emails.
Finally, on July 14, 2022, Club Mahindra made a commitment to reimburse me for my money within 90 business days.
As of today (17/01/2023), they haven’t followed through on their commitment and are still requesting the remaining money as if they were unaware of my cancellation.
I feel compelled to file a complaint against this company since they are fake and dishonest.
