I am writing to express my dismay on experience at Club Mahindra Holiday’s Viviana Mall, Thane branch on Sunday 8th May 2022. Yesterday I met one of the worst sales professional of all time – Vishal, Sales Manager/similar at their Viviana mall -Thane branch.
After endless number of call from their side(Ms. Priya – don’t know it was her real name or not), I have agreed to visit their branch to know in details about plans, non committal from the beginning.
However, my expectation started getting fumble after meeting this manager- Vishal. Desperation and lack of clarity was his hallmark. Further, in quest of pushing his memberships plan to us, he has started behaving arrogant and rude. He was indecent enough and needs immediate training/improvement plan on handling client/prospect. Once he made us feel that he wants us to buy their plan at gunpoint. Repeatedly we were saying that we have some urgency, need to reach somewhere within time. However, he was not allowing us to leave. Although, we did tolerate his antiques during our stay of more than one hour at their branch. His behavior was rude and disrespectful.
Further, that’s not the end. He did use all the nasty method to avoid his commitment of 3days/2nights holiday voucher/coupon on visiting their branch. It did appear that he will give it only after we shall buy the membership. Precisely, he has denied on his commitment and I consider this as a fraudulent act.
Is this normal practice at their organization..???
Request immediate attention of respective authority and hope they can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again.
Unless, I shall ensure to escalate the further, if requires to social media.
