I took a membership for Rs 80,000 for five years (6 nights each year) totalling 30 days, but I couldn’t get any booking till today. Most of the time they don’t pick up the phone and very rarely they will pick up the phone and ask you to send mail to get the booking, and ask you to deposit the ASF amount, which is around 9000 Rs. Once you deposit the amount, they will neither reply to the mail, nor receive the call. There are two to three persons working for the company, I want to mention their names who seem born as cheaters. They are Piyush Behal (Marketing) and Annu Dogra (Booking Assistant), and they only know to lie.
I want to cancel my membership and get refund of my heard earned money back.
