Regarding Hotel Booking

This is B Venkata Suresh member of Clubnaturevilla, recently I mailed for booking the hotel on 18thNo’23 as per my package but no response till now.

So far I am not able to avail the service till now and same as repeating every time and it is not good after package allotted.
