I’m writing to let you know about a terrible encounter I had with Club Resorto, which cost me a painful ₹1,00,000 in financial losses.
This upsetting experience started with an unsolicited invitation to a promotional event at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Kochi. There, people by the names of Prince and Shuhaid (I’m not even sure if that’s their real name) subjected me to high-pressure sales techniques.

Thankfully, I chose a less costly package despite their initial attempt to sell me a ₹2.5 lakhs package. Regretfully, the problems that followed were equally troublesome.
I was promised a 10-day cancellation policy, but when I tried to cancel and get a refund later, they flatly refused, even though I had been promised one.
Free movie tickets, opulent hotel stays, and special airfare discounts were all merely enticements to trick consumers into spending money rashly.
To further add to the deceptive appeal, they provided EMI options in an attempt to make these substantial costs appear more affordable.
It’s now evident that Club Resorto’s business strategy entails relocating from city to city, taking advantage of clients with false promises, and then disobeying their own cancellation and refund policies.
To give the impression of legitimacy and luxury, they pick respectable locations like the Holiday Inn and offer free snacks and coffee. Do not be duped by these ploys.
I implore everyone to use Club Resorto with utmost caution. Their business practices are blatantly fraudulent in addition to being deceptive.
Although they make false claims about offering refunds, their actions are merely intended to appease clients in the short term. Since the day I paid, I have been trying without luck to get a refund.
Please get in touch with me if you know of any other people who have fallen victim to this scam or if you can help retrieve the money. Our greatest chance to stop this dishonest company might be to band together, share our experiences, and take coordinated action.
