They should call themselves commercial thief. While they talk to you they will give lot of assurance and look very nice people but they are too unprofessional.
To my surprise items are missing from packed cartoons. They took whatever is useful to them and rest other things delivered like the garbage. their staff was so untrained that they were dragging glass items on the ruff surface and unloading items like coolies on railway station. No care about your valuable belongings.
I had my each and every house hold items hand picked and they screwed almost everything while moving from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
Here is my experience.
1. After lot of follow ups they will reach only at night time and then demand about food, cloths and if they can take any other thing at home that you can give them. Their staff is like beggars then P&M staff.
2. When asked about insurance they said that only after packing they will get to know the estimate and after that they issue so called bilti
3. While delivering everything got drenched in rain. Can you believe that your sofa set and all mattresses were full of water and when contacted they said “Sir, bheege hi toh hain…sookh jayenge”
4. Bean bags/Mattresses were torn.
5. Glass items were broken
6. DTH antenna broken and removed DTH cable and kept with them.
7. TO MY SURPRISE WATER PURIFIER WAS MISSING AND THEY TICK EVERYTHING AS DELIVERED IN CHECKLIST. IT’S BEING 10 DAYS STILL I’M FOLLOWING WITH THEM AND NO ASSURANCE YET.
8. ITEMS ARE MISSING. 5 COSTLY PERFUMES THOSE WE HAD ALL ARE MISSING FROM PACKAGED CARTOONS. IT MEANS THEY OPENED CARTOONS LATTER AND REMOVED ITEMS.
8. LOT OF OTHER ITEMS LIKE TOOL BOX ITEMS, LIGHTER, BATHROOM ITEMS are missing. They took whatever they needed in short.
I will never go with these small time packers and movers. You may save a little money with them but will loss or get damaged lot of valuables those cost a lot then what you save.
