A mini massager stick (Neuro Machine 7057) was ordered by me and I paid cash on delivery Rs. 3199.00 on 18/1/2024 However, the item did not work fully
1. whether it was getting charge one could not understand also the led light was not functioning. I wanted to return the item and told them through
email (to shiprocket ) The company sent me a replacement which I refused to accept. I contacted the company and they were quite helpful to tell me that I had to pay Rs.20 to be eligible for refund. However, i agreed to use my SBI credit card as I did not have any other option viz. paytm etc. The representative started to guide me and as the process was tedious they wanted my credit card details. As i wanted to get over the exercise I provided them. But to my disbelief I received a message from SBI cards stating that they suspected a huge amount of transaction approx Rs. 30K. and so they have not allowed the transaction and also have blocked the card. Lucky me as I was saved from a fraudulant transaction and there was attempt from time to time throughout the day and night for different amounts. After this I have not contacted them further and raising this complaint. I want my Rs.3199.00 back from Complacenciaa.
I am also contemplating reporting to cyber crime cell regarding the fraudulant transaction and they may start investigating the process of hacking by making a fool of the client.
