I ordered 2 nos of mini massager fir the advertised price of Rs.3899.00. The advert was very convincing and just perfect for my requirement of numbness in my feet and thighs muscles. The I tems were delivered on 5th of October by Blue Dart on behalf of Shiprocket. The items are defective as one does not charge properly and the second has a battery life far less than advertised. I would like to return the items and require the full refund of Rs. 3899.00 paid in cash at delivery.

Can anyone give Complacentiaa number or email id or website. I bought Neuromachine 4240, as you all have mentioned, its substandard and does not work and is high priced, Rs.3899 for 2, want to return it. I wish I could have seen your reviews before buying it. Can anyone let me know what is the return process, did you get refund.
