Mobisos – Debit order cancellation

I applied for a phone contract and the agent told me the phone come with MobiSos insurance just incase for any damages, theft or loss, and only said the application can only continue when i agree to the insurance and if my application is not approved I will get my R140 refund back hence I agreed to authorise the debit check. The problem started when the deduction happened and I did not receive the phone ans they do not want to cancel my debit order with them, I have been calling the company a lot giving them my details and only for them not to cancel the debit order, they tell me to wait for 24 hours to receive the sms that states the cancellation of my debit order only for that to never happen

* Go to page
* Write Mobisos in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Mobisos.

    MobiSOS has been debiting money from my account without my concern. I’ve called the consultant 2 times and they said I should write an email and I will get an sms within 24 hours of cancellation. It’s been 2 months now that they are debiting. May I please have my money back.
