I saw an ad in Google news regarding mosquito killer at discounted rate of Rs 2999/-. ,and ordered the same .
I received the mosquito Zapper 3676 from Bluedart on 29-12-2023 by paying Rs 3000/- .
I received only Zapper , cable and a brush . I have complaint as follows –
1- Similar product is available at your site at Rs 599/-
2-How it will be connected without an adopter
3-As per ad it was said to be plug in and use , while a small paper says we have to lock rooms for 5days .
I am not satisfied with the product received ,.
Kindly replace it with a proper Mosquito zapper , worth discounted value of .Rs 2999/-.
