Few months ago, i received a call from country club dubai saying you can transfer the member ship to a plot. I paid around 15000 aed to them. Now i am chasing them to get the registration document. Nobody is picking my calls now a days.

I would like to proceed legally if they don’t want to pick my call or call back in 3 days times

Need to know if you guys are fraud?
