Country Club limited – Did not honour the commitments made at the time of sale

I had applied for the membership of country club in May 2013 for rupees one lacs and forty thousand. The amount was to be paid in 12 emi. But the entire amount was debited to my account in the first month. Initially when I complained I was told that they will convert them into emi but nothing happened and I was forced to pay the entire amount in a single lot. Later they told me that it was some error in their system and they will compensate me with 4 air tickets and waive off one year maintenance charge. The person who committed does not respond to my phone calls. Also there is no reply to the complaint logged on their call center. In addition to that the 6 air tickets committed at the time of issuing the membership are not provided till date. No one responds to the phone calls or emails.
