A coupon amounting Rs. 4000/- issued by IndusInd Bank valid upto 30.07.2017 was supposed to be reimbursed by purchasing items from YEPME through Online mode for which request was made to them initially vide Order No. 33784796 dated 06.07.2017 which was rejected by them without any information. On being made request on customer care they told that reorder the same so that to enable them to supply in time. I again made request vide Order No. 33801659 dated 26.07.2017 but after taking 10-12 days they also rejected the same order without informing me which as resulted a lot of mentally harassment.
In fact, it seems that though they opt to undertake to reimburse the coupon but it seems that they are not interested for the same which is indeed a great embarrassment to me.
