I got a shoe in YEPME ORDER NO:30511703 (buy one get one free offer). I received the product only one pair, but i paid the full amount of that product. So i call to customer care, but he did not proper response to the customer. I try again and again but he cut my call only. I lost my Rs 200 balance amount due to call the customer care. I want proper response for that side. In that management no one tamil peoples to communicate the customer. I told to c.care i return the product to you pls refund my amount.But he ask ok, but you return the product with our own payment why i am losing my money?. c.care is only the responsible for that mistake. lot of cheeting are going in YEPME not only for me all INDIANS are affected to get that product in YEPME. So please save the INDIAN PEOPLES LIFE.
