I have purchased the above mentioned product online on 11 May 2017 through Salesnshop . After 2 days I received confirmation call and received the said item on 17 May 2017. While opening the item it was found that the mobile is not working. Even after charging it not getting switched on. There is no customer contact number provided by salesnshop . No reply on sending email complaint to [email protected] . The cost of the mobile is Rs 1100 + 199 courier charges were also taken.
