While filling admission form for children in DAV School ,Chennai thru online application, they are asking to upload parents income tax proof ITR returns or income certificate or salary slip for school admission as one of the mandatory document. They are also asking employment proof to be uploaded. Income is confidential information and they should not be asking to upload salary slip or ITR. This can be mis used by school or individuals in school for any other monitory benefits or for extracting higher fees for certain individuals. educational institutions should not be asking for unnecessary information
Parent income certificate is not a necessary document for children school admissions.
